Delivery Info:

Dispatch: Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Free Economy Shipping: All orders sent with our free shipping option are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and should arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Express Tracked Shipping: If this method is chosen at the checkout, an order will be sent by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive within 1 day after dispatch. Please email us if you have a very urgent delivery.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and sometimes can take longer, especially during holidays and peak periods.

Late/Lost Orders:

Once we hand over to Royal Mail, we have no way of tracking orders. If you have received a dispatch notification email, please allow 10 business days from the expected delivery date to contact us about late/lost orders. Any lost order will be replaced or refunded.

Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely happy with your order, please let us know within 14 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund (minus our shipping costs) to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For large orders of over 100 sheets of seed paper, a restocking fee may also apply for first time customers. If you need to test your printer with seed paper, please purchase a small amount of paper or contact us to buy a sample before placing large orders.
